I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Justin Rogers. He helped us first find and buy the house we wanted, then we hired him to handle our landscaping after we moved in.
Regarding the home buying process, Justin was always available whenever we found a home we wanted to tour. He was extremely responsive at any time of the day.
His thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market helped us make our purchase because every time we viewed a property Justin would perform an inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.
After we selected a home, he led us through a couple rounds of negotiation with the seller to get to a price we were comfortable with. We always felt he was always on our side working to make our home purchase as successful as possible and we never felt any pressure to buy.
